May INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS

The theme in May is INTERPERSONAL RELATIONS and our focus is on Communications and Conflict Resolution.

We start with identifying your Non-Negotiables (based on your Mission Statement and your values). You will discover your own style of communication and explore how to overcome challenges in communication. We will workshop scenarios that involve difficult conversations. And finally, we will have a conversation to evaluate and assess our G.R.O.W. meetings.

April, 2023: BRANDING

May - Week 1

Non-Negotiables. Based on your values and the mission of your company, what do you absolutely require? And what will you absolutely not allow?

May - Week 2

Communication Styles. Discover your unique way of communicating and lear the ways that others communicate. How do they harmonize and how do these different styles create misunderstandings?

May - Week 3

Conflict-Resolution. Learn how to use your awareness of others and communication styles to handle conflict with compassion.

May - Week 4

Evaluation and Assessment. Check in with your G.R.O.W. team and identify what is working and what can be improved.
