February FINANCES

The theme in February is FINANCES and our focus is on creating the tools you need to know, understand, manage and be empowered by your company's inflow, outflow, and future goals and projections. We begin by identifying beliefs and thoughts you have about money that have held you back thus far and transforming them into beliefs that support your business and life vision and mission.

With a clear and authentic relationship with money, we then create a cashflow plan and future projections.

February, 2023: FINANCES

FEBRUARY 7

A positive cash flow is absolutely necessary; daily operations, taxes, purchasing inventory, paying employees and having operating expenses IS your cash flow. Your ability to generate a positive cash flow determines your company’s value.

In this session, we create a cash flow plan so you can maintain positive financial relationships and plan for the future.

FEBRUARY 14

Cash flow forecasting allows you to know whether you have enough cash to run the business, expand, and how much profit you are making.

In this session, we create a projections tool and forecast future sales and expenses in your business and determine the financial actions you need to take to attain your company goals and vision.

FEBRUARY 21

You've been working the finances of your business. You added a cash flow plan and a forecasting tool to your tool kit. You now have a clear understanding of where you stand financially. Now you are ready to ASK ANYTHING!
