January GOALS

The theme in January is GOALS and our focus is on creating goals based on envisioning already being in the future.

We explore the difference between probability and possibility.

Probability is the status quo; it's the way things are most likely to turn out.

Possibility is what happens when you dream above and beyond what you know and expect. Possibility is the thing that seems too big and too good to be true.

And from possibility then, we work backwards to create powerful and dynamic goals for the whole year.

January, 2023: GOALS

JANUARY 3

Create a vision of possibilities in your business and life 5 years into the future. The vision includes your personal life, health, career and finances.

Write your vision in first person, present tense to create a complete picture of your life and business in June 2028.

JANUARY 10

For each change you envision in the future, there are multiple steps required to get there. What might those steps be?

Even if you think you don’t know, ask yourself, if you DID know, what would you know? Choose one change that you wrote in your vision, and explore all the possible steps and tasks involved in getting to that end (i.e., goal).

JANUARY 17

What makes a goal achievable is how we think about it and how we put it in words. Shift your thinking and FEEL your success.

In this session, learn the anatomy of a goal and fill out your annual goals sheet with full-bodied goals Finish out this month with a clear map for your whole year.

JANUARY 24

Celebrate your plans. Claim your vision. Move your body and discover how feeling good physically transforms your approach to your work and impacts your decisions.

In this session, we create a healthy plan for body and business.

JANUARY 31

A new perspective on money allows a metamorphosis of obstacles and a clear plan of action to GROW your business this year.

In this session, we dig into beliefs and fears around money and open a shift in your mindset, clearing the path to prosperity.
