What happens in a G.R.O.W. meeting?

1.  Informal Socializing Time

  • We encourage members to arrive early (doors open 15 minutes before start time) to chat with others. 2.2.

2.  Accountability

  • We begin each meeting exactly on the hour with 5 minutes of quiet time to get grounded and focused on your Accountability Sharing Sheets.

  • Then we break into pairs to share wins and challenges from the previous week, using the Accountability Sharing Sheets to guide the conversation. This is crucial to the process of ongoing growth in your business.

  • Education

3.  This is our Mastermind time. Each month has a theme, and each week of the month we focus on a particular aspect of that theme. Our intention is for you to leave each week with a tangible takeaway. During this 45-minute part of each meeting, you will learn something practical about running and growing your business and / or about personal growth and development. There are tasks to do that will at least get you started on creating things you need in your business.

4.  Collaboration

The last 30 minutes of each meeting is devoted to collaborative work time with others. Sometimes members continue working on the task started during the Mastermind portion of the meeting. Sometimes members use that time to get specific help or feedback from another member. Sometimes members do some of their own work that simply needs to be done.
